Medical Marijuana Registry Card Qualifiers

❧ Minimum 18 years of age OR be a minor patient with parental consent

❧ Be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition.

❧ Have the official written certification from a physician.

❧ Be an Arkansas resident with proof of residency.

❧ State law prohibits members of Arkansas National Guard and United States Military from obtaining a registry ID card.

A nonrefundable $50 application fee.

If you are visiting Arkansas or have recently moved from another state you are required to obtain a temporary 30 Day card.

In order to complete the VISITING PATIENT application online, you will need to have an electronic copy of your valid ID card from another state authorizing medical marijuana use.

You will need a credit card or a debit card to pay the non-refundable $50 application fee online.

Note: It may take up to two weeks for processing and validation of a visiting patient card.
